Our Story
Jeff, Regina, and Sage Sanctuary

Jeff and Regina came together through a shared commitment to growth, presence, and service. They met at a breathwork retreat during a time when both were feeling called toward a slower, more intentional way of living. Each had been on their own path of personal and spiritual growth, and meeting one another felt like something more than coincidence.
Before beginning Sage Sanctuary, Jeff spent years working as an avionics technician and eventually as a manager, a role that required focus, responsibility, and calm under pressure. Over time, his path expanded toward more people-centered work. He is now trained and certified in transformational life coaching and breathwork facilitation, serves as a meditation guide, and continues ongoing training in retreat facilitation. This shift grew out of a deeper desire to be of service in a more present and human way.
Regina’s path has long been rooted in education, guidance, and care. With a master’s degree in education, certification in life coaching, and training in energy-based and holistic practices, she has supported others through clarity, alignment, and personal growth. She continues to deepen her own practice through ongoing study, including medical qigong.
Out of this shared listening, a vision began to take shape. Not just for a life together, but for a place. A sanctuary in the mountains where people could slow down, spend time in nature, and reconnect with what feels essential. A space that honors both rest and responsibility, stillness and strength.
Within that vision is an understanding that healing is not only about rest, but also about resilience. Sage Sanctuary is being shaped to support physical strength alongside mental, emotional, and spiritual wholeness, while inviting people to turn inward and listen more closely to themselves. Healing tools, movement, and intentional practices are offered as quiet supports, creating space for clarity, self-trust, and a deeper connection to what is already within.
Sage Sanctuary is being created as an extension of these values. Jeff and Regina see themselves not as owners of the land, but as caretakers. They are committed to developing the sanctuary slowly and intentionally, allowing it to unfold at its own pace.

There is a quiet clarity that comes from being in nature. God is not any louder there; we simply hear more clearly.
