Mountain Retreat
and
Sage Sanctuary
Step away from the noise. Rest, reconnect, and heal in the mountains of Tennessee.
Our Vison
Sage Sanctuary and Mountain Retreat is being built as a place to pause from the pace of modern life. A space to rest, unwind, reconnect, and heal.
Nestled on 17.34 acres of mountain land in Roan Mountain, Tennessee, Sage Sanctuary is a refuge where guests can step away from the noise and come back to themselves.
The vision includes accommodations for short stays or longer retreats, allowing guests to arrive for a night, a season, or anywhere in between. During their time here, guests will be invited to explore a variety of healing tools, contemplative practices, and supportive modalities designed to encourage restoration of body, mind, and spirit.

What is Sage Sanctuary and Mountain Retreat?
Sage Sanctuary and Mountain Retreat is a 17.34-acre mountain property currently in the early stages of development. It is being created as a quiet, intentional space where people can step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with nature, stillness, and themselves.
At present, the land includes one rentable tiny cabin, a 110V electric and water hookup suitable for a small camper or van, and a finished lower level of the main cabin that can comfortably accommodate a retreat host. These early offerings allow the sanctuary to begin welcoming guests while the larger vision continues to unfold.
As Sage Sanctuary grows, plans include geodesic domes, yurts, and additional small cabins, along with tent platforms for those who prefer a more traditional camping experience. The land is being developed thoughtfully, with an emphasis on simplicity and harmony with the natural surroundings.
Looking ahead, the vision includes an event and gathering space designed to host groups of approximately 25 to 50 people. Future offerings may include red light therapy, frequency-based tools, sauna and cold immersion experiences, and a small intentional gym designed to support strength, mobility, and overall vitality.
Guests may also have the opportunity to book guided meditation and breathwork journeys, along with energy work facilitated by Jeff and Regina, as part of a broader invitation into renewal and growth.

Why we are creating Sage Sanctuary
Jeff and Regina come from different paths, yet share a common thread of transformation. Both have moved through periods of alcohol and substance abuse and found their way into meaningful, grounded, and purpose-driven lives by reconnecting with the inner strength and wisdom that had always been within them.
Through their own healing journeys, they discovered the restorative power of nature, stillness, and intentional practice. For Jeff, time immersed in the natural world became a source of deep release and reconnection. Meditation and breathwork played a central role, helping him reconnect with something deeper in himself.
Regina has always been a healer at heart. Throughout her life she has supported others through their own difficult seasons, and walked alongside her mother through two separate cancer diagnoses using natural protocols and holistic approaches.
Today, Jeff and Regina recognize the growing need for a quiet sanctuary. A place where someone can simply arrive and be. They feel called to create a space where others can step away from the noise, reconnect with nature, and begin a process of renewal on their own terms.
Sage Sanctuary is an offering of that space. A place to rest, reconnect, and remember what is already within.

The Land
Located in the mountains of Roan Mountain, Tennessee, Sage Sanctuary rests on land that naturally invites a slower pace. From the moment you arrive, there is a sense of quiet and space opening up around you.
Wildlife is a constant presence, with regular sightings of deer, wild turkey, and other native animals moving through the land. Trails are currently being developed on the property, offering simple paths for walking and reflection. For those seeking longer hikes, the surrounding area offers abundant options, including nearby Roan Mountain State Park just minutes away, with sweeping views and memorable sunrises and sunsets.
This land carries a distinct sense of stillness and presence, something felt more than explained, and it is from this foundation that Sage Sanctuary is being created.
